2 Hour Group Surf Lesson for Beginners
• No more than 4 students per instructor.
• Lesson includes: Use of beginner surfboard
Use of reef walkers
Use of surf shirt/ rash guard
90 min. of instruction
30 min. catch waves and surfing on your own
• Ages 9 and up welcome!
• Children under 9 may partake in a group lesson if a parent or guardian is taking the lesson with them or on the beach to help as needed.
• All students must know how to swim.
Group Lesson = $75.00 Per Person
1 Hour Private Surf Lessons for Kids
• For children 12 years old and under. (minimum age is 4 yrs. old)
• Includes all equipment needed.
• The shorter lesson time is for shorter arms. (Those little muscles get a good work out)
• Fun is the goal and Safety is the focus with a 1 to 1 ratio.
Kids Private Lesson = $100.00
2 Hour Private and Semi Private Surf Lessons for Beginners
• Private and Semi Private lessons include everything that the group lessons offer with smaller surfer to instructor ratio.
• Private lessons have a 1 to 1 ratio.
• Semi private lessons can have either a 2 to 1 ratio or 3 to 1 ratio.
• All ages welcome!
Private Lesson - $175.00
2 - 3 Person Semi Private - $240.00
Reservations are required. Please email or phone your reservation inquiries in advance to ensure getting the day and time you desire. We do have a cancellation policy and will need credit card information as well as your contact information (both home and on Kauai) in order to book your reservation.

We operate year round in sunny Poipu Beach on the south side of Kauai with group and private lessons for the beginner to intermediate surfer.
By limiting our class size to 4 surfers to each instructor the personal attention needed for surfing success is guaranteed. We focus on technique and safety in every lesson.
Our mission is simply to give surfers the basic foundation to encourage growth in their surfing. We incorporate ocean knowledge, water safety, and fun while exploring Kauai, the garden island.
The only prerequisite for learning how to surf is knowing how to swim. So there are not many excuses, we have taught every type of person from 2 years old to 75 years young.
We are great with kids and love teaching them about surfing and the ocean. There is a need to be considerate to our other students and the safety of the child while surfing. We ask is if the child is 12 years old or younger and surfing in a group lesson that the parent or guardian are in the lesson themselves or on the beach to help as needed.
We can also accommodate larger families or groups of friends with multiple instructors. Reunions and company partys are a great exuce to go surfing.
We offer these options to ensure that you get the surfing vacation that you are looking for.
